Richards Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced and self-motivated HVAC Lead Dispatcher for their office in Falls Church, VA. The dispatcher will be responsible for creating service routes for 8-10 technicians, managing the dispatch board throughout the day, working directly with customers and service technicians, ensuring high standards of customer service and facilitating prompt and accurate service.

Responsibilities:
- Dispatch residential HVAC service efficiently and accurately utilizing various technology and applications. Experience using Service Titan is preferred.
- Resolve scheduling issues and customer complaints
- Continually update CSR’s with the availability of dates and time frames
- Implement reschedules and cancelations
- Support technicians in the field with parts order requests, call-firsts, etc.
- Absorb and utilize industry technical knowledge
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in the HVAC field
- Prior dispatch, project management, or schedule coordinating experience is preferred

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $33.00 to $37.00. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
