Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current, active Kentucky (KY) licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and time management
  • Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices
  • Team-oriented mindset for collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and state guidelines
  • Participate in professional development and school meetings
