Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, active Kentucky (KY) licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and time management
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices
- Team-oriented mindset for collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and state guidelines
- Participate in professional development and school meetings
