Position Highlights
- Setting: Outpatient orthopedic & sports physical therapy

- Population Served: Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy patients
- Compensation: $120,000–$190,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality orthopedic and sports physical therapy evaluation and treatment
- Lead clinical staff with mentorship, coaching, and professional guidance
- Set and model best practices for patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with clinic leadership on scheduling, workflows, and patient care standards
- Support team development through clinical education and ongoing feedback
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with practice standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy preferred
- Prior leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- New grads with leadership drive encouraged to apply
