Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed for a contract position in a K-12 educational setting located in Hilton Head Island, SC. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students behavioral and learning needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs according to individualized student plans
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support
• Follow ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards as an RBT

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate documentation
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
