Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in OFallon, MO, serving multiple locations including middle school, elementary, and self-contained special education settings. This contract position extends from ASAP through June 3, 2026, providing 37.5 hours per week of on-site work, focused on supporting diverse student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language pathology services to students aged K-21 across assigned schools.
Manage caseloads including up to 45 students at middle school with AAC device users and self-contained special education settings.
Collaborate with educational teams to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Participate in team meetings and provide parent and teacher consultation as needed.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid Missouri state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Experience working in K-12 educational settings, including assessment and intervention.
Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and effectively in a school environment.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families.
