Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in OFallon, MO, serving multiple locations including middle school, elementary, and self-contained special education settings. This contract position extends from ASAP through June 3, 2026, providing 37.5 hours per week of on-site work, focused on supporting diverse student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology services to students aged K-21 across assigned schools.
  • Manage caseloads including up to 45 students at middle school with AAC device users and self-contained special education settings.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide parent and teacher consultation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Missouri state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings, including assessment and intervention.
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and effectively in a school environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families.
