Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a skilled radiologic technologist with OR and fluoroscopy experience at a well-equipped medical center in the Nashua, NH area. This contract position offers a weekday schedule with rotating weekends every fourth week, providing a consistent work-life balance in a supportive environment.
Location
This position is based near Manchester, NH, in a medical center featuring a 330-bed facility with a strong imaging department. The radiology unit operates with advanced equipment including two new Canon XR rooms, alongside Philips, Siemens, and GE C-arm systems, ensuring access to some of the latest imaging technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiologic imaging procedures and fluoroscopy in the operating room setting
- Operate and maintain various imaging equipment including C-arms and portable units
- Document patient care and imaging results accurately using Allscripts documentation system
- Adhere to established protocols and participate in weekend rotation every fourth week
- Collaborate with a team of experienced technologists and unit staff to provide quality patient care
Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Active ARRT (R) certification
- Valid NH state license to practice as a radiologic technologist
- Experience in OR and fluoroscopy procedures is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Flexibility to work the scheduled hours and rotating weekends
- Comfortable working with multiple imaging equipment brands and technology
Schedule
- Weekdays: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Rotate every 4th weekend: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
