Current need for a junior or entry level Mechanical or Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to join the Engineering Team - This is a great role for someone looking to get experience many areas within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support for the engineering team within Design, Manufacturing and Operations projects.
• Projects will be split between Engineering, Facilities and Operations.
• Lead and participate in numerous projects across the organization.
• Support of production and technical issues related to the production of engineered products.
• Creation of standard operating procedures (SOP) capturing production processes while implementing safety, ergonomic, and production rate improvements.

Requirements:

• Ability to become familiar with manufacturing processes.
• Interested in working in a fast paced, production environment and able to work on multiple projects with changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Work equally well alone or in a cross functional team with other Engineers, Safety, Quality Control, Purchasing, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or a related field of study.
