About the Role

As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership under the guidance of the Nursing Director. You will coordinate staff and resources to ensure optimal patient care while supporting a culture of safety and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Department RN Manager to plan and implement operational, financial, and personnel activities.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and direction to facilitate exceptional patient care.
  • Ensure efficient departmental operations while promoting staff safety and development.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least one year of experience in a clinical area.
  • 3+ years of Operating Room experience and leadership experience preferred.
  • A current State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.
  • An ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing) is required; a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is preferred.
  • Specialty certification in your area of practice and/or management is a plus.

Compensation

The maximum offer for this position is up to USD $61.19/hr. Please note that compensation may vary based on experience, training, and organizational needs.
