What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with ownership to set up systems for billing, payroll, HR, credentialing, and office operations
- Support the continuing licensure process and ensure full regulatory compliance
- Help develop internal workflows for EMR/HRIS systems and office management
- Handle recruiting, onboarding, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Review and update our processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing
- Help expand operations post-licensure while maintaining a high standard of care for all clients, including those with disabilities
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Speak Spanish (preferred)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
- Must pass a Level 2 background screening
- Must be able to commute to Miami, FL
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats
