Pay: $25–$35/hr + Tiered Bonus Structure

Location: In-Person | Full-Time

We're a fast-paced, high-energy orthodontic practice looking for a Treatment Coordinator. We're seeking someone passionate about helping people make decisions-you'll be the conversion engine of our practice.

You'll be the first face patients meet, the person who connects, communicates, and guides them toward the life-changing decision to invest in their smile.

We don't just straighten teeth-we transform confidence. You'll help patients say YES to that transformation.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Loves building trust quickly
• Is emotionally intelligent and naturally persuasive
• Can talk about money comfortably
• Can guide someone from "I'm just here for a consult" to "I'm ready-let's do it."

Core Responsibilities:

• Be the welcoming, confident first impression of our practice
• Lead new patient consultations alongside our orthodontist
• Clearly communicate treatment plans and financial options
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships-online and in-person
• Proactively follow up on unscheduled cases
• Keep accurate records and provide monthly conversion stats to the office manager
• Support daily communication between doctor, patient, and team

Skills & Experience:

• Sales, hospitality, or patient-facing service experience required
• Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and emotional
• Strong follow-through and ownership mindset
• Previous dental/orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person
