Position Overview:
Theos Audiology is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their team. This position offers:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics for adult patients.
- Recommend and fit hearing aids, ensuring a patient-centered and needs-based approach.
- Provide custom earmold services to meet individual patient requirements.
- Collaborate with front desk personnel and audiology technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in alignment with audiology best practices.
Requirements:
- Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist in Illinois (or eligible for licensure).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong patient-first mindset.
