Andy Cortez Insurance Agency is a high-activity Farmers Insurance office in Santa Maria and we're growing fast. We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Closer who gets fired up by a warm lead, knows how to build quick rapport, and isn't afraid to ask for the business.
This is NOT the right role if you prefer processing or managing accounts, need a slow pace or low accountability, or want to help people without also being willing to ask for the sale.
This IS the right role if you thrive on momentum, can turn a hesitant prospect into a bound policy, and want a clear path to $50K$75K+ based on what you produce.
Our service team handles renewals, endorsements, and policy questions so you stay focused on new sales.

Responsibilities
Follow up with warm inbound leads and prepared quotes
Make daily outbound follow-up calls
Ask directly for the sale and move prospects to a decision
Bind new Personal Lines, Specialty, and Umbrella policies
Handle common objections and set clear next steps
Track activity and results in agency systems
Requirements
Sales experience preferred (insurance experience helpful, not required)
Comfortable and confident on the phone
Persistent with follow-up and asking for the order
Coachable, accountable, and results-driven
California P&C and Life & Health license required to start we will sponsor the right candidate through licensing if not yet licensed
