An established ABA agency on Long Island, NY is seeking an experienced Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
Location: Remote (ABA or behavioral health billing experience required)

Responsibilities:
✔ Manage billing issues, denials, and payment discrepancies
✔ Work closely with the billing team to resolve claims efficiently
✔ Assist with obtaining, tracking, and maintaining insurance authorizations
✔ Communicate with families and insurance companies regarding billing and authorization issues
✔ Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding accounts

Requirements:
• Prior experience with ABA or behavioral health billing is required
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims, authorizations, and revenue cycle management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
