The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to provider practices, overseeing HR operations while supporting business goals through data‑driven decision‑making. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in HR and finance reporting. The HR Manager is responsible for talent management, employee relations, compliance, workforce analytics, and operational HR support, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enhancing provider and staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:
§ Provide workforce analytics, forecasting, and HR‑related financial insights to support organizational planning.

§ Prepare and interpret HR dashboards, turnover analyses, compensation metrics, staffing cost reports, and other key performance indicators.

Talent Management:
§ Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates using data‑driven sourcing strategies.

§ Oversee onboarding, orientation, and retention programs focused on provider and staff success.

§ Manage performance evaluation processes, leveraging metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Employee Relations:
§ Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations concerns, ensuring timely, compliant, and consistent resolution.

§ Conduct investigations and partner with leadership on corrective actions.

Compliance and HR Policies:
§ Maintain compliance with state and federal labor laws and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FMLA, ADA).

§ Conduct HR audits and oversee required HR and financial reporting.

§ Update HR policies to reflect regulatory changes and operational needs.

Compensation and Benefits:
§ Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive pay structures.

§ Support budgeting and financial processes by providing HR cost analysis, salary benchmarking, and staffing cost projections.

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR) preferred.

§ 5+ years of experience in an HR role, with a strong background in healthcare or provider practice management.

§ Strong analytical and financial reporting skills-experience with HR metrics, dashboards, and labor cost analysis required.

§ Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.

§ Proficiency with HRIS systems and data reporting tools.

§ Proven ability to collaborate with leaders across clinical and administrative environments.

Skills:

§ Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR and financial data.

§ In‑depth understanding of HR policies, healthcare laws, and compliance requirements.

§ Excellent decision‑making, communication, and organizational skills.

§ Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑site provider environment.
