We are seeking individuals who are either already experienced or willing to be trained for testing Asbestos, Lead, Universal Waste, Mold, Indoor Air Quality, PCBs, etc. Job ResponsibilitiesPerform Regulated Building Materials Surveys and InspectionsPerform sample collection of Hazardous Building MaterialsPerform electronic project field notes and sampling summaries for the daily work conductedPerform Lead-Based paint inspection/ Risk AssessmentAbatement Oversight/ CompliancePerform Indoor Air Monitoring and Industrial Hygiene servicesObtain and maintain applicable certifications and licensesRepresent PacRim in a professional manner Minimum RequirementsPreferred prior experience in Construction, Maintenance, Abatement, or Demolition Valid Drivers License with reliable transportationAbility to work flexible or extra hours when needed Ability to lift 30 poundsPass a Fit Test for proper respirator fitting Preferred Qualifications (Will provide training)AHERA Building InspectorNIOSH 582WA DOC Lead Inspector/ Risk AssessorOSHA 30Job Type: Full TimeSchedule: Monday- Friday (Potential for weekend shifts), 8-Hour Shifts (Times may vary depending on the specific project)Job Location: Varies (Greater Puget Sound Area)Pay: Benefits401K Health Insurance (Dental, Vision)Life InsurancePaid Time off PacRim is an OMWBE State of WA Certified WBE and DBE
