We’re a leading construction staffing company specializing in skilled trades temporary placements, and we’re growing fast. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Power Labor USA in your territory. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with construction companies, and delivering customized staffing solutions that meet their skilled labor needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new business within the construction industry

Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular in-person visits

Present and sell staffing solutions to general contractors, subcontractors, and construction managers

Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively

Track sales activity and maintain records in CRM

Stay informed about market trends, labor needs, and competitor activity
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B outside sales – minimum 2 years required

Strong understanding of relationship selling and consultative sales techniques

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Staffing industry or construction industry experience is a plus

Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and goal orientation
