We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing, family-owned company. This role offers stable, year-round work in a supportive environment where quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction matter more than sales quotas.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine service and maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions in an easy-to-understand way
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond promptly to service calls
- Accurately document work performed, parts used, and system condition
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working independently
- Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure efficient service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential/light commercial preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC equipment
- Proven hands-on field service and repair experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification (required)
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, safety practices, and industry standards

Work Environment
- Field-based role – dispatch directly from home
- Approximately 90% residential / 10% light commercial work
- Typical schedule: 45–50 hours per week
- Rotating on-call (occasional evenings/weekends)
- Work performed in indoor and outdoor environments using standard HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58200.00 - $73000.00/yr.
Tool Allowance Company Vehicle Health Insurance, Dental, & Vision Insurance Life & short-term disability insurance 401(k) with company match Vacation (5 days/yr), Holidays (6), Sick Pay (56 hrs/yr)
