Title of Position: Dual Kitchen Manager
Compensation: $70k-$75k
Job Description: The Dual Kitchen Manager is responsible for maintaining food quality and safety standards while overseeing all phases of food production and service across two locations. Core duties include inventory management, ordering, storage and rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, as well as meeting service and production time standards. The Dual Kitchen Manager holds financial responsibility for food costs, labor costs, and kitchen supplies in both establishments. Accountability includes monitoring team member performance, driving guest satisfaction, and executing results in both kitchens. Training team members on Health Department guidelines and company policies regarding cleanliness and sanitation is also essential.

Qualifications:
- The Dual Kitchen Manager must possess 3-5 years of high-volume Kitchen Management experience, preferably in upscale casual or equivalent hospitality settings.
- Demonstrated experience creating a safe work environment that encourages teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth is a must.
- Proven success in controlling costs associated with running a profitable business, such as food, labor, and beverage, is essential for the Dual Kitchen Manager.
- Track record of driving sales growth and increasing guest traffic at one or more locations.
- The ability to independently perform basic math calculations and understand fundamental accounting principles is required for effective multi-unit management.
