Pediatric Physical Therapist

We are seeking a part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide the highest quality of care for children birth to 21 years of age with a wide range of diagnoses in our state of the art facility in Acworth. Candidate must collaborate well with the rest of our team of energized, dedicated and highly qualified audiologists, physical, occupational and speech therapists. We are growing beyond and are excited to hire the right candidates to join our outstanding team of dedicated therapists and support staff. Position Requirements:

· Licensed (or be eligible) as a Physical Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy

· Knowledge of pediatric theory and practice

· Willingness to think out of the box and provide the best care possible for every child served

· Love working with children with a wide range of diagnoses

· Positive interpersonal skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment

· Be able to develop and sustain a positive rapport with the family/caregiver(s) of the children we serve

· Evaluate patients meeting established standards of care

· Plan and implement effective and appropriate treatment so that functional outcomes are achieved

· Complete documentation meeting clinic standards for content, accuracy, and timeliness

· Include family/caregiver in patient care and provide effective education and documentation appropriate for learning needs of patient and family

The ideal candidate will have Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. We offer a competitive salary as well as flexible days/hours.
