Flexible Schedule: We have the following shifts available:
- Day shift: Tues, Thursday, and Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Evening shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Overnight: full time 11:00 pm - 7:00 AM
- One day of on call per week in addition to every 4th weekend on call

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality care to residents
Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
Implement and evaluate care interventions
Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans

What You'll Need:

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current LPN license within the state of South Dakota.
Long-Term Care experience is a plus, but not required; new students are welcome.
Must be able to work rotating on-call (1 day/week and every 4th weekend).
Must be at least 21 years old.
