About This Opportunity
Avento Health, a healthcare recruiting agency, is partnering with a highly regarded women's health and wellness clinic in Yakima, Washington. We're seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is compassionate, clinically skilled, and passionate about providing exceptional care for women across all stages of life.
Please note: This position is for a client organization. Avento Health is facilitating the recruitment and interview process on behalf of the hiring clinic.
Schedule
Our client's clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
They can accommodate either a five-day schedule or a four-day workweek depending on your preference and clinic needs.
What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive women's health services, including annual exams, preventive screenings, and contraceptive counseling

Evaluate and manage conditions such as hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, menopause, and urinary tract infections

Conduct physical exams and perform procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing

Participate in wellness and medical weight-management programs

Collaborate closely with the clinic's medical director and care team

Educate patients on preventive health, wellness strategies, and overall wellbeing

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with standards of care
Must-Haves
-
Active Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Washington

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience

DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)
Nice-to-Haves
-
Prior women’s health experience strongly preferred (training available for those with foundational exposure and passion for this population)

BLS certification from the American Heart Association
