About This Opportunity

Avento Health, a healthcare recruiting agency, is partnering with a highly regarded women's health and wellness clinic in Yakima, Washington. We're seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is compassionate, clinically skilled, and passionate about providing exceptional care for women across all stages of life.

Please note: This position is for a client organization. Avento Health is facilitating the recruitment and interview process on behalf of the hiring clinic.

Schedule

Our client's clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
They can accommodate either a five-day schedule or a four-day workweek depending on your preference and clinic needs.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive women's health services, including annual exams, preventive screenings, and contraceptive counseling

  • Evaluate and manage conditions such as hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, menopause, and urinary tract infections

  • Conduct physical exams and perform procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing

  • Participate in wellness and medical weight-management programs

  • Collaborate closely with the clinic's medical director and care team

  • Educate patients on preventive health, wellness strategies, and overall wellbeing

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with standards of care

Must-Haves

  • Active Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Washington

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience

  • DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior women’s health experience strongly preferred (training available for those with foundational exposure and passion for this population)

  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
