Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-semester contract position is available for a licensed School Psychologist to serve K-12 students in a Michigan school district. This role requires onsite work with a flexible schedule accommodating full-time or part-time hours, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 5, 2026.
Location: Ypsilanti, MI
Job Duration: Full Semester Contract (ASAP June 5, 2026)
Hours: Full time preferred; part-time also considered
Caseload: K-12 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and administration
- Provide counseling and support services to students to promote academic and social success
- Consult with teachers and families regarding behavioral and learning challenges
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Active and valid Michigan School Psychologist license (must be current)
- Masters degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse student populations and staff
