Job Description
Our client, a leading research university, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support a rapidly growing global grant program focused on supporting city-led initiatives. This role will ensure organizations receiving grant funding meet all reporting and compliance requirements while maintaining strong accountability to donors and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in grant-funded nonprofit environments, managing reporting requirements across multiple partners, and maintaining tracking systems or dashboards to monitor compliance, reporting timelines, and program performance.
Responsibilities

Track and monitor grant reporting requirements across multiple funded partner organizations

Ensure grantees comply with reporting timelines, documentation standards, and submission requirements

Identify late or incomplete reports and coordinate follow-up with partner organizations

Maintain and improve reporting dashboards, tracking tools, and grant management systems

Provide regular program reporting updates to internal leadership and funders

Flag potential compliance risks or reputational issues and escalate when necessary

Support communication with partner organizations regarding reporting expectations and requirements

Document reporting status, communications, and compliance actions in internal systems

Prepare summaries, reports, and trend analyses for leadership and donor updates

Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting program operations
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3–5 years of experience in grant management, nonprofit compliance, or program operations

Experience monitoring grant reporting or partner compliance requirements

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple reporting timelines and stakeholders

Spanish language proficiency or bilingual capabilities
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with grant management or reporting systems (Airtable, Fluxx, or similar)

Experience working in nonprofit, philanthropy, or donor-funded programs

Experience supporting multi-partner or multi-site programs
