Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Texas SLP License (required)
- Experience with school-aged populations (K-12), ideally within pediatrics
- Completion of or eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellowship Year welcomed
- Comfortable conducting both monolingual and limited bilingual therapy (for approximately 7 students)
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy for a K-12 student population
- Conduct evaluations (primarily in English, with a small bilingual caseload)
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and case notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary teams
- Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to drive student progress
