We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to support the day-to-day execution of our brand’s social media presence. This is an early-career role designed for someone who is deeply immersed in social media culture—someone who understands trends as they’re emerging and is excited to bring creative ideas to life across platforms.
You’ll play a hands-on role in publishing content, supporting community engagement, and helping ensure our brand shows up consistently and authentically across social channels. This role works closely with the Brand, Creative, and Partnerships teams and is primarily focused on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
What You’ll Do
- Support the day-to-day management of brand social media channels
- Assist with content scheduling, publishing, and optimization across platforms
- Help execute social content calendars and campaign launches
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, and support timely, on-brand community engagement
- Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and creative best practices
- Proactively surface trends, sounds, formats, and content ideas
- Support basic social performance tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with creative and brand partners on content execution
- Assist with on-site and off-site content capture as needed (with approval)

Compensation details: 60000-75000 Yearly Salary
