You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and lead teams to achieve operational excellence and financial success—all while creating meaningful experiences for residents and families. What You'll Do:

1. Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations of all facilities within the region.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.

2. Financial Performance

  • Develop and manage regional budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

3. Staff Leadership and Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor facility directors.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and employee satisfaction.

4. Resident Care and Satisfaction

  • Ensure high standards of resident care and services.
  • Address and resolve resident and family concerns.
  • Implement programs to enhance resident satisfaction.

5. Strategic Planning and Growth

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning based on customer feedback
  • Participate in strategic planning
  • Speak and demonstrate PC’s core values

What We're Looking For:

  • Educations: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within assisted living or healthcare.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be a self-starter and creatively solve problems.

  • Licensure: Active LALD

  • Travel:

    • Must be willing and able to travel frequently to all assisted living communities within the region
    • Ability to manage onsite visits for operational support, leadership coaching, and compliance checks
    • Comfortable with regional travel schedule (approximately 60–70% of time on-site)
