You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and lead teams to achieve operational excellence and financial success—all while creating meaningful experiences for residents and families. What You'll Do:
1. Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of all facilities within the region.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.
2. Financial Performance
- Develop and manage regional budgets.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
3. Staff Leadership and Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor facility directors.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and employee satisfaction.
4. Resident Care and Satisfaction
- Ensure high standards of resident care and services.
- Address and resolve resident and family concerns.
- Implement programs to enhance resident satisfaction.
5. Strategic Planning and Growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning based on customer feedback
- Participate in strategic planning
- Speak and demonstrate PC’s core values

What We're Looking For:

Educations: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within assisted living or healthcare.

Skills: Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be a self-starter and creatively solve problems.

Licensure: Active LALD

Travel:
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently to all assisted living communities within the region
- Ability to manage onsite visits for operational support, leadership coaching, and compliance checks
- Comfortable with regional travel schedule (approximately 60–70% of time on-site)
