Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join our team across the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, working with state-of-the-art machinery to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. You will receive extensive training to ensure you are fully prepared to excel in your role.
Pay: $20-$24/hr

Responsibilities
- Operate digital controlled machinery and auxiliary equipment to produce quality products that meet customer expectations and production goals.
- Load raw material, correctly feed wire through the machine, and remove finished products.
- Change machinery over from one product or package to another, performing quality welds using appropriate butt welders.
- Conduct operator preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment as assigned.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records using tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
- Understand and adhere to product quality, delivery, and scrap measurements.
- Operate machinery efficiently and safely, following all safety procedures and policies, and wearing all assigned PPE.
- Keep work area clean and organized for the next operator.
- Participate in training, employee meetings, committees, and project teams as appropriate.
- Operate a forklift as part of daily tasks, maintaining a valid license and passing OSHA-approved training.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with changing priorities.
- Troubleshoot problems using standard problem-solving methods to direct support personnel in resolving issues.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
