Job Summary:
Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients? As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting pharmacists with medication preparation and labeling. You’ll be part of a dedicated team, performing a variety of technical support functions under the guidance of a registered pharmacist.

Our experienced team of clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and advocates collaborates closely with specialist physicians and clinics. Our mission is to provide convenient and affordable access to specialty drugs, along with ongoing monitoring and medication management support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling activities.
- Perform a broad range of technical support functions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
What We’re Looking For:Experience & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One of the following is required:
- Current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License.
- Currently enrolled first-year PharmD student in good standing with an accredited pharmacy school and current unencumbered Oregon Board of Pharmacy Intern license.
- Successful completion of a Medical Pharmacy Technician course is preferred.
- All job offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment/post-offer drug screen.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Communication: Strong written and oral skills to explain complex issues and exchange information effectively.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in electronic equipment and software applications.
- Customer Service: Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
- Mathematics: Understanding of arithmetic, algebra, and statistics.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Clerical Skills: Familiarity with administrative procedures and office terminology.
- Specialty Pharmacy Knowledge (if applicable): Ability to read and understand prescription orders and basic knowledge of diseases and medications.
