Job DescriptionAbout who needs care: - they were just discharged from the hospital after severe pneumonia and a UTI- they have trouble getting around right now and fall risk - they will need help bathing and probably diaper changes -they need help with eating and medications given correctly -they only speak Spanish About the care needs: - someone who speaks Spanish, and is willing to bathe and change diapers. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
