Description:
Financial Management Inc. ["FMI"] an SEC registered investment adviser and a wholly owned,
non-bank subsidiary of First Security Bancorp of Searcy, Arkansas is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor with a minimum
of 3 years experience. You will be responsible for growing and supporting client relationships,
providing investment advice and ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards. This role will require travel.

Responsibilities:
Prospect and create new client relationships
Deliver personalized investment advice to clients
Conduct portfolio reviews and make investment recommendations
Travel to meet with clients and prospects as needed
Maintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Generally, 40 hours a week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Active Series 65 license required
Minimum 3 years of investment advisory experience
Strong Communcation and client service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness and ability to travel

Competencies:
Knowledge of financial concepts, calculations and verbiage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Work Environment:
The work environment is primarily in a climate-controlled office building. The employee may spend time writing, keyboarding,
speaking, listening, lifting, carrying, seeing (such as close, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus),
sitting, pulling, walking, standing. The employee may operate any or all of the following: telephone, smart phone, copy and fax
machines, personal computer, printers and other equipment as directed.
