Project Manager - Exterior Envelop Reconstruction (HOA / MultiFamily projects)
2 openings: One focused on East Bay, the other South Bay
100k-130k with bonus, typically 15k-40k annually (total comp between 115k-170k)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Exterior Envelope Reconstruction to oversee our multi-family and HOA reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of reconstruction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee reconstruction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality of work.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Manage documentation and reporting for all aspects of the project.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in reconstruction or similar fields.
- Strong knowledge of multi-family construction and exterior envelope construction.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
