Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Physician to join our dynamic team. This unique position combines the medical expertise of a board-certified family physician with a deep understanding of the health-related needs and concerns of those working in high-stress, fast-paced environments. You will be tasked with providing comprehensive healthcare services to our employees and their families, promoting overall wellness, and contributing to our mission of creating a healthy, productive work environment. This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring 5+ years of experience in family medicine.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care to employees and their families, including preventive care, acute care, chronic disease management, and occupational health services.
2. Develop and implement health promotion and disease prevention programs tailored to the unique needs of individuals working in the Accounting + Finance industry.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and manage complex health issues.
4. Conduct regular health assessments and screenings to monitor employee health and identify potential health risks.
5. Provide education and counseling on various health topics, including stress management, nutrition, exercise, and disease prevention.
6. Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
7. Stay abreast of the latest developments in family medicine and integrate new knowledge into patient care.
Qualifications:
1. Board Certified in Family Medicine.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Family Physician.
3. Exceptional clinical skills and experience in preventive care, acute care, chronic disease management, and occupational health.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
5. Strong understanding of the health-related needs and concerns of individuals working in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
6. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest developments in family medicine.
7. Proficient in electronic medical records and medical software systems.
8. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
