Do you enjoy creating order from complexity? Imagine opening a wiring diagram and mapping out a clean, logical build: components mounted exactly where they belong, wires routed and labeled to spec, and every termination verified before sign‑off. In our fully climate‑controlled manufacturing environment, your craftsmanship becomes the backbone of reliable automation.

Your impact

  • Build industrial control panels based on electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Mount PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, circuit breakers, and variable frequency drives.
  • Neatly route, terminate, and label all panel wiring to meet company standards and electrical codes.
  • Apply shop skills with drills, knockout punches, crimpers, and wire strippers.
  • Identify and correct wiring issues before final inspection.
  • Contribute to panel layout, component placement, and documentation accuracy.

What it takes

  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Understanding of AC/DC circuits and industrial control hardware.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical test instruments.
  • Confident reading a tape measure.
  • Physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • A keen eye for detail and a dedication to quality workmanship.
