We are seeking a Client Service Representative and a Medical Transcriber to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
The laboratory handle a large volume pathology and esoteric testing that involves extensive data entry and typing and use of software and apps including LIS or laboratory Information Systems.
Two Schedules needed:
- 6am - 2pm (M-F)
- 12pm - 8 am (T-S)
Must willing to work nigh shifts if needed
Must willing to work early morning shift if needed.
Must be willing to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
