CDL A Truck Driver
Weekly Pay $1,400–$1,500 | Weekend Home Time | Regional Runs | No Touch Dry Van
Location: Allentown, PA 18101
This CDL A position is built for drivers who want reliable miles, consistent dispatch, and a schedule that stays the same week to week. Regional freight keeps drivers moving while still allowing them to be home every weekend for a full reset instead of unpredictable time off.
Freight consists of dry van loads that are completely no-touch for the driver. Roughly half of the loads are drop and hook, with the remaining freight handled through live shipping and receiving. Runs stay primarily in the Northeast with some Midwest lanes, avoiding long cross-country trips and keeping drivers in familiar territory. Most drivers run five days and return home every weekend for a guaranteed 48 hours off.
Drivers operate newer sleeper tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, power inverters, refrigerators, and battery-powered APUs. Trucks are assigned to each driver and can be parked at home when safe parking is available, or at approved locations when needed. Equipment is serviced on a regular schedule to help reduce downtime.
Weekly earnings range from $1,400–$1,500 based on miles and experience. Drivers are paid every Friday by direct deposit. Additional pay may include detention, layover, and hazmat pay when applicable. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement plan with company match, and paid vacation time after eligibility.

Requirements: Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience, be at least 21 years old, meet DOT qualifications, and pass required background and drug testing.
