WHAT WE NEED FROM AN HVAC SERVICE MANAGER
- 6+ years of HVAC experience (service, maintenance, and installation)
- EPA certification
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead by example
- A commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and team success
- Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience is strongly preferred
- NATE certification and experience is a plus
YOUR ROLE AS A HVAC SERVICE MANAGER
Enjoy a consistent and rewarding schedule of 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime and participation in an on-call rotation.
In this role, you will lead our HVAC service and installation teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. You will mentor technicians, conduct ride-alongs, and check their performance to enhance their skills and confidence. Ensuring work is efficient, accurate, and compliant with codes is key, as you will review job quality and reinforce company standards. You will maintain communication with dispatch and technicians for smooth operations and assist with complex diagnostics or customer concerns. By providing outstanding service, you will ensure customers receive clear communication and high-quality results while also modeling best practices in the field to support your team.
