Job Description:
We are hiring Automotive Production Workers for a non-climate controlled environment. The role includes mandatory overtime during peak seasons, including weekends.
Shift Details & Pay Rates:
- Shift 1: MON-FRI 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Shift 2: SUN-THUR 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Note: Overtime may be required during peak periods, including 7-day workweeks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks such as prepping vehicles and applying finishing touches.
- Stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Drive vehicles on the lot (upon hire) – must pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and maintain a clean driving record.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License: Required to drive vehicles on the lot.
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift for long periods.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends during peak season.
- No violent charges in the last 5 years.
