Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Assembly Technicians to join our team. In this role, employees will work in the assembly department putting together small electronic parts for a variety of units we manufacture. Technicians will read work orders on the computer and utilize both hand and power tools to complete daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small electronic components according to computer‑based work orders.
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and accurately.
- Read and follow detailed instructions on work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
- 6+ months of experience using hand tools.
- 6+ months of basic computer skills (peer reference accepted if not work‑related).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Work Environment
- Climate‑controlled, clean, and well‑maintained facility.
- Employees wear company‑provided smocks and ESD equipment.
- Supportive team atmosphere with strong focus on quality and safety.
Hours & Pay
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Weekend Shift (4th Shift): Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This is a Contract position based out of Winona, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
