Collecting outstanding debt and assist with fixing incorrect information causing the reject/balance. This position will require the ability to work onsite 2 days a week and at home 3 days.
Qualifications:
- Collections Background or Customer Service
- Proven experience working within a call center environment
- Strong Communication Skills
- Microsoft Office/CRM tools
- Negotiation
- Empathy and Patience
- Attention to detail
