Location: Roanoke, VA | Full-Time
Kahak Healthcare Servicesis looking for a dedicatedQualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP)to oversee our healthcare programs for individuals withIntellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD).
What Youll Do:
- Manage caseloads and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with ID/DD.
- Supervise and support program staff, maintaining compliance and best practices.
- Prepare and submit WAMS request, quarterly, and daily reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain client records and documentation per agency and regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, staff, and management.
- Use computer systems for data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare, Human Services, or related field.
- Experience with ID/DD populations and caseload management preferred.
- Strong communication, computer skills and reporting experience on ISP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; outgoing and professional.
- Prior experience in healthcare or program management is a plus.
