Job DescriptionJob Title: Payroll Analyst (Remote)


Hours: Standard Business Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday)
Type: Contract with possibility of extension and/or permanent hire
Location: Remote - MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING PST TIME ZONE HOURS

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Payroll Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of payroll experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and review payroll data ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain and audit payroll records and reports

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies

  • Support payroll-related reporting, tax filings, and year-end documentation

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of payroll experience required

  • CPP certification preferred but not required

  • Experience with UKG Pro highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Additional Information:

  • No weekend or on-call requirements

  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week

  • Remote opportunity with potential for contract extension or conversion to a permanent role



Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
