Position Summary:
The Dental Assistant is an integral member of our dental team, providing essential support during various general dental procedures. What we offer:
- $22-$26 hourly, based on level of experience
- Monday- Friday schedule
- Medical (at 2 months)
- In House Dental (after 1 year)
- PTO (after 1 year)
- 36 hours of sick time (immediately)
- 401K (after 1 year)
- Paid Holidays
Responsibilities:
- Assist our dentists during procedures, including dental implants and cosmetic treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
- Maintain patient records and ensure efficient workflow in the dental office.
Requirements:
- Dental Assistant Certification or relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Bilingual: English/Spanish required
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Surgical Dental Implant experience, a strong plus
