Articularis Healthcare Group (AHG) is currently seeking a full-time Multi-Specialty Infusion Nurse Practitioner at our Bluffton, SC practice. This position has alternating Saturday responsibilities. The schedule is 10-hour shifts Wednesday through Saturday,alternating with Tuesday through Friday.

The Position:
The Multi-Specialty Infusion Nurse Practitioner is responsible for supervising the infusion center, managing treatment reactions/toxicities, assessing patients, ordering tests, prescribing, educating families, documenting in EHR, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, covering specialties including but not limited to rheumatology, GI, neurology, dermatology and more. The NP will often be handling complex cases and quality improvement.
As a Multi-Specialty Infusion Nurse Practitioner, a typical day might look like:
- Clinical Management: Performing physicals, ordering/interpreting labs/diagnostics, developing/managing treatment plans, and triaging acute issues.
- Patient & Family Education: Explaining treatments, side effects, disease management, and providing psychosocial support.
- Documentation & Compliance: Accurate EHR charting (SOAP notes), ensuring HIPAA/OSHA adherence, and supporting prior authorizations.
- Team Collaboration: Working with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other providers for coordinated care.
- Quality & Workflow: Participating in research, quality improvement, and optimizing infusion center operations.
- Occasional travel as required.
- Infusion intake and coordination.
- Alternating Saturday clinic coverage as required.
This job might be for you if:
- Advanced assessment, pharmacology, IV insertion/management, critical thinking, and managing infusion pumps.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and independence.
- Ability to prioritize based on acuity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and NP licensure.
- Active NP license, BLS, and AANP/ANCC certification.
- Specialized certifications (CRNI, ONS Chemotherapy) are a plus.
- Multi-state license preferred.
