A skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room care is needed for a travel assignment in Eagle, ID. This position offers a structured schedule with consistent days each week, making it ideal for professionals who value both routine and flexibility within a dynamic clinical environment.
Work Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts, 06:15 AM to 05:15 PM
- Days worked will not be consecutive but will remain consistent each week
- Call requirements include 2-3 twelve-hour shifts per six-week period, covering weekends and holidays
- Call shifts alternate between 7:00 AM7:00 PM or 7:00 PM7:00 AM
- One stay-late shift per week requiring on-call availability (varies between 17:15-19:15 for 10-hour shifts or 19:15-21:15 for 12-hour shifts)
- If sent home during stay-late on-call, no further call-back is expected
- Response time for call is 30 minutes due to level 2 trauma center designation
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with OR nursing experience
- Comfort working in a Level 2 trauma center setting
- Ability to respond quickly during on-call periods
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Capacity to work non-consecutive but consistent shifts
