Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with local nonprofits, community leaders, and partner organizations

Assist in planning and executing community events, sponsorships, and volunteer programs

Represent the company at public events, networking functions, and outreach initiatives

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure community programs align with brand messaging and business goals

Respond to public and customer inquiries with professionalism and care

Track, report, and analyze engagement metrics to measure success and improve outreach strategies
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Personable, outgoing, and confident in public speaking and networking

Strong organizational and time management skills

Passionate about community building, relationship management, and brand advocacy

Previous internship, volunteer work, or experience in PR, community outreach, or nonprofit sectors is a plus
