Staff Accountant – Nonprofit | $33–$36/hr | Full-Time | Onsite (Santa Ana area)
We’re recruiting for a well-established nonprofit seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team full-time. This role is open to temp-to-hire and offers meaningful, mission-driven work with long-term potential.
What You’ll Do:

Support month-end close and audit prep
</li>
<li>
Handle general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
<ul>
<li>
3+ years of accounting experience
</li>
<li>
QuickBooks Online proficiency
</li>
<li>
Nonprofit experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Spanish-speaking a plus
</li>
</ul>
Details:

Pay: $33–$36/hr

Schedule: 8–5 (flexible start), 40 hrs/week

Location: Onsite in the Santa Ana area
