Role Description
This is a full-time customer facing on-site role located in San Diego, CA. The CSR will be responsible for acting as a brand ambassador at various events, engaging with potential customers, promoting brand awareness, and delivering outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include interacting with event attendees, answering questions about our clients products or services, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Experience in Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in events or promotions is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
