Sage Bradbury Commons is seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses/ Licensed Practical Nurses to join our night-shift care team. Our residents rest easier because of the attentive, capable nurses who guide their evenings and overnight hours. What You’ll Do
• Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care residents during the night shift
• Monitor resident conditions, respond promptly to changes, and communicate effectively with the care team
• Support CNAs and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, calm, and resident-centered environment
• Complete assessments, documentation, and medication administration with accuracy and professionalism
• Uphold all regulatory, safety, and quality standards that guide our work
What We’re Looking For
• Current RN/LPN license in the State of Oklahoma
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and a warm, resident-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
• Commitment to dignity, compassion, and high-quality care

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN or LPN license in the state of employment
- CPR certification (Basic Life Support)
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Flexibility for shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
