Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:

  • 7:00 pm to 7:30 am shifts
  • Every third weekend and every other holiday on call (EOH)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess critically ill patients conditions, responding swiftly to changes
  • Administer medications, treatments, and life-support measures as needed
  • Utilize advanced nursing skills in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and other ICU protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with a focus or experience in ICU nursing
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to provide empathetic support to patients and families during challenging times
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and clinical documentation standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
