Our organization is excited to announce an opening for an OB-GYN Physician to become part of our esteemed, physician-owned private practice located in Pasadena, TX. This role offers a chance to be part of a nurturing and collaborative environment, with immediate patient demand, clinical independence, and a strong dedication to women's health within the community.
Position Highlights:
- Comprehensive OB-GYN services
- Practice composition: approximately 60% obstetrics and 40% gynecology
- Newly established office situated on the HCA Houston Southeast campus
- Flexible work schedule: 4 or 4.5 days per week
- Average of 15+ deliveries each month
- Light on-call duties: 1:9
- Support from OB hospitalists and Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
- Dedicated surgical block time with robotic assistance available
- In-office procedures and additional ancillary services
- Experienced clinical and administrative support team
- Opportunities for mentorship
Compensation Package:
- Base salary with guaranteed compensation plus bonuses for productivity and quality

Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Possession of an active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
